RJ Electrical Midlands Limited provides electrical services across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties. All work is carried out by qualified electricians and completed in accordance with current UK regulations and standards.
The scope of work will be agreed in advance, either verbally or in writing, and may be subject to site inspection.
Quotations & Estimates
- All quotations and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time
- Quotes are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise
- Any additional work identified during the course of the job will be discussed and agreed before proceeding
- Estimates may change if unforeseen issues are discovered
Appointments & Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property or premises at the agreed time.
If access is not available or work cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control, additional charges may apply.
Cancellations
We ask that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge to cover lost time and costs.
Payment Terms

- Payment terms will be agreed prior to work commencing
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Invoices must be settled within the stated timeframe
- Late payments may be subject to additional charges
RJ Electrical Midlands Limited reserves the right to suspend work where payment terms are not met.
Standards & Compliance
Electrical Regulations
All work is carried out in line with current UK electrical regulations and safety standards. Certification will be provided where applicable, such as EICRs or compliance documentation.
It is the client’s responsibility to retain all certificates and documentation provided.
Client Responsibilities
Client Obligations
Clients must:
- Provide accurate information relating to the property or project
- Ensure the working environment is safe and accessible
- Inform us of any known issues that may affect the work
Failure to do so may impact the scope, cost, or timeline of the work.
Liability
Limitations of Liability
RJ Electrical Midlands Limited will not be held liable for:
- Pre-existing faults or defects not reasonably identifiable prior to work
- Damage caused by third-party contractors
- Delays due to factors outside our control
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out, except where prohibited by law.
Warranty & Workmanship
We take pride in the quality of our work. Any issues directly related to our workmanship should be reported promptly so they can be reviewed and resolved where appropriate.
This does not cover misuse, alterations by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
Health & Safety
Health and safety is a priority on all projects. RJ Electrical Midlands Limited reserves the right to stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe or if risks arise that were not previously disclosed.
Intellectual Property
Any documentation, reports, or materials provided by RJ Electrical Midlands Limited remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law
